We do not share your information with anyone! We never receive your credit card information. Only our secure payment processor has access to that information.
General Information

Because of the summer heat, we are not able to ship chocolates. We will resume shipping chocolates in late October.
Please note that some items may differ due to availability, however, the quality and count will be consistent.
Refund Policy
Should you have to cancel your basket order, after it has been assembled, there will be a 25%(of the total of your order) cancellation fee. This is due to labor involved, materials used, and restocking.
We do not offer cash or credit refunds. Exchanges or replacements only. All exchanges are honored within 15 days from receipt of the basket.
In the event your basket should arrive damaged, we will replace the basket at no additional expense to you.
A basket considered "damaged" is at our discretion. While we choose our baskets with great care, some basket flaws are possible. General flaws in the basket itself will not be considered "damaged".
Due to product availability, the replacement basket may not be identical. We will make every effort to replace it with the exact basket, however if you purchased a basket that we no longer offer, a substitution will be made to your satisfaction.
The basket must be returned in the same carton in which it was shipped, with all original items, in original condition. Please contact us and we will arrange a "call tag" for the carrier to pick up the package.
Shipping charges on a call tag will be our responsibility, as well as the shipping charges to replace the basket.
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the content or quality of the basket, it will be replaced to your satisfaction.
If the majority of the basket is acceptable to you, we will replace any items you feel are needed. Items will NOT be replaced if opened, used or consumed.
Late shipments are NOT the responsibility of Eccentric Basket Gifts. No refunds will be processed for late deliveries. Specific delivery dates can not be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for a basket delivered to anyone other than the recipient or a delivery left at the recipient's location.
No refunds for cancellation on custom baskets, if we have purchased items specifically for that basket, such as a fruit basket, or custom toys.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Additional delivery fees will be charged if first delivery attempt fails, or if the wrong address was provided to us, whether shipped or hand delivered. If the pacakge was returned by our carrier (UPS) you will also be charged for the return shipping charges plus the charges to re-ship the package. Eccentric Basket Gifts holds no liability for baskets left with someone other than the recipient.
We reserve the right to change, amend, update or cancel this refund policy, at anytime, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
