Cancellation Policy


 In the event you cancel your order, before we have processed it, due to your failure to find out where our local hand deliveries are, or any other reason, not of our fault, you will be charged a $6.00 service fee. Example; you order a basket to be hand delivered to a city we don't hand deliver to, then cancel the order when we inform you that we can't meet your criteria. This will result in a fee. We provide detailed information on our home page, this page, and the hand delivery page for our local delivery areas. Make sure, before you order, that we hand deliver to the city you are requesting. ANY cancellation not of our fault will be charged a $6.00 fee. Do not order a fruit basket and then demand that we deliver same day, or you will cancel your order. In that event, we will cancel your order and a $6.00 service fee will apply. Our fruit policy is not negotiable, and is next day delivery only.

 No refunds for cancellation on custom baskets, if we have purchased items specifically for that basket, such as a fruit basket, or custom toys.

 Because of the summer heat, we are not able to ship chocolates Starting in May through October. We will resume shipping chocolates in November.


 Please note that some items may differ due to availability, however, the quality and count will be consistent.

Security & Privacy

 Our catalog is located on a secure network. For your protection, all payment information is encrypted for maximum security.

 We do not share your information with anyone! We never receive your credit card information. Only our secure payment processor has access to that information.

Refund Policy

 Should you have to cancel your basket order, after it has been assembled, there will be a 25%(of the total of your order) cancellation fee. This is due to labor involved, materials used, and restocking.

We do not offer cash or credit refunds. Exchanges or replacements only. All exchanges are honored within 15 days from receipt of the basket.

 In the event your basket should arrive damaged, we will replace the basket at no additional expense to you. A basket considered "damaged" is at our discretion. While we choose our baskets with great care, some basket flaws are possible. General flaws in the basket itself will not be considered "damaged".

 Due to product availability, the replacement basket may not be identical. We will make every effort to replace it with the exact basket, however if you purchased a basket that we no longer offer, a substitution will be made to your satisfaction.

 The basket must be returned in the same carton in which it was shipped, with all original items, in original condition. Please contact us and we will arrange a "call tag" for the carrier to pick up the package.

 Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the content or quality of the basket, it will be replaced to your satisfaction.

 If the majority of the basket is acceptable to you, we will replace any items you feel are needed. Items will NOT be replaced if opened, used or consumed.

 Late shipments are NOT the responsibility of Eccentric Basket Gifts. No refunds will be processed for late deliveries. Specific delivery dates can not be guaranteed. Eccentric Basket Gifts will not be responsible for lost or stolen gifts that are shipped, or hand delivered.

 Additional delivery fees will be charged if first delivery attempt fails, or if the wrong address was provided to us, whether shipped or hand delivered. If the pacakge was returned by our carrier (UPS) you will also be charged for the return shipping charges plus the charges to re-ship the package. Eccentric Basket Gifts holds no liability for baskets left with someone other than the recipient.

We reserve the right to change, amend, update or cancel this refund policy, at anytime, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
