With the exception of Canada, our shopping cart does not allow us to approve credit card orders from outside the US. If you are outside the US, or Canada, and would like to place an order, please call us.
During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to add delivery details, such as a particular date/time. You will also be able to enter gift card comments. In most cases, if your basket is a local hand delivery, your order will be delivered within 24 business hours.(depending on our existing orders) If you are ordering over a weekend, or after 11:00 am on Friday, for shipping, your order will ship on Monday.
Please select UPS Ground for local hand delivery pricing. This is our hand delivery fee as well. See hand delivery page. (opens in a new window.) The reason for this is that we cover a large delivery area, and it would be impossible for us to calculate each area separately through this shopping cart. Using the UPS ground rates for hand delivery is the only way to calculate it, based on the distance from our zipcode. Your gift will still be hand delivered, anywhere in our normal hand delivery areas in Palm Beach County, Fl.
